Extra Dimensions continues to dominate the Events space in Kenya for 21 years now and have designed and organized some of the best memorable events in Kenya and in the diaspora and in 2017 we inaugurated a new Energy and Engineering
Division.
It is in the course of searching for a lasting solution towards our Power problems that led into a partnership with an International Partner to design solutions for ourselves and our customers. We were utilising 30% of our total income on power bills even after installing inverters that had a very short life cycle and Generators that consumed diesel heavily. Therefore, finding the solution was inevitable given that we also subscribe to the SDGs and our focus to operate sustainably was crucial.
Under the Energy and Engineering Division, our products and Solutions are in Renewable Energy, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunications and Information Technology. We have a very experienced and passionate team that saw us win a contract at Safaricom for Solar Hybrid Power Solution for 17 BTS Sites and already the generators in those sites are running at zero run hours meaning that the savings on OPEX are phenomenal and they have measurable data on the difference this is making from the smart remote monitoring solution that we have installed.
