Gilad Millo is calm spirited, and has a genuine love for the Kenyan people. He is the former deputy ambassador of Israel and is a very talented musical artist. He has gained popularity within Kenya and in East Africa as a whole by combining fluent Swahili and Sheng (Swahili Slang') in almost all his songs. Without knowing who Gilad is and how he looks like, one cannot tell that it is an Israeli man who is singing like a Kenyan national.

On Saturday, 2nd April he held a concert at the Water front lawns at Ngong Race Course in Nairobi on 2nd April, 2016.It was a charity event from which all proceeds will go to support Gilad's foundation, Israel For Africa in its Empowerment Program in Kenya.

Israel For Africa was established in Kenya in 2010 and uses the knowledge and technological advances achieved in Israel in the fields like agriculture – green house and drip irrigation systems, medicine, education, development, water, sanitation and more to improve the lives of under privileged groups in Kenya such as youth groups, Women’s groups and individuals who are affected by HIV. .

The concert featured guest artists who performed for free as their contribution towards this initiative. They included:-
DJ Pierra
Wendy Kimani
H_art The Band
Eric Wainaina
Sauti Sol
And the Anchor band “Superband”.

We were proud to come in as the concert's official Tent Structures, setup and decor partner. Check out the photos below and tell us what you think.
